Local Pick-Up

If you're in the Castro Valley area and prefer to pick up your order in person, simply select "Local Pick-Up" during the checkout process. Local pick-up orders are ready within 1 business day. Once your order is ready, you can collect it at:

Local Delivery 

For added convenience, we offer local delivery to customers within a 15-mile radius of Castro Valley. If your order exceeds $50, you are eligible for our local delivery service. 

Order Confirmation and Communication

Once your order is ready for pick-up or out for delivery, you will receive an email confirmation with relevant details, including tracking information for deliveries. If you have selected local pick-up, please wait for confirmation before heading to Pho Auntie 7 for pick-up.
