Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be unused, unburned, and in original packaging. Products must be in the same condition as received.

How to Start a Return

Email nencreation@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, item(s) to return, and a brief reason. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Do not send items back without authorization.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for orders over $50.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds will be issued within 7 business days after inspection. Exchanges will be processed once items are approved.

Non-Returnable Items

Used items, custom products, final sale items, and third-party purchases are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.
